WHILE the “Sex and the City” actress smilingly took advantage of a break from her motherly duties and had lunch with her male companion. Hubby Matthew Broderick’s twin daughters, Marion and Tabitha, were spotted by paparazzi with their nanny in Greenwich Village.

Previously reported by Gossip Center, Parker and Broderick’s surrogate, Michelle Ross, gave birth to the Marion and Tabitha back in June. It caused a bit of a stir as “two police chiefs were arrested on charges of conspiring to break into her house, stealing items and offering to sell them to paparazzi.”

Police chiefs Barry P. Carpenter and Chad M. Dojack have pleaded not guilty and are free on bond while awaiting trial.
