Was Kerry Katona really arrested for assault?

RUMOUR has it that Kerry Katona was arrested yesterday on suspicion of attacking her accountant! *Ouch*
It seems the former Atomic Kitten star had burst into the office of David McHugh (her accountant I assume) saying that he was the reason she was made bankrupt last year! Okay, that I didn’t know – her bankruptcy, I’m out of touch.
According to newspaper reports, she punched him and threw a cup of tea over him, before shouting “You ruined my life” and throwing office equipment around the room. A source revealed that “She had been through her accounts and was raging. She went to his office to speak to him and was screaming and kicking off.”
It is believed that the accountant’s colleague called the police. “At approximately 3.50pm on Wednesday 26th August, Cheshire Police attended a premises on Hawthorne Business Park in Warrington, following a report of an assault,” a police spokeswoman said. “A 28-year-old woman from the Wilmslow area has been arrested on suspicion of assault, criminal damage and a public order offence.” Kerry has been released on bail until 12 October.
In case you didn’t know, this is apparently her second run-in with the police this week! She was cautioned two days ago after a video of her snorting cocaine surfaced.
