Who is Joe Francis?

Joseph R. “Joe” Francis, born April 1, 1973, is the founder of Mantra Films, Inc., which produces the Girls Gone Wild and Guys Gone Wild DVD series.

Joe Francis made an appearance at the Panama City, Florida court today. He made a plea deal, and plead no contest to filming underage girls.

If you do recall, Joe has been fighting these charges since 2003. He was sentenced to time served, and Girls Gone Wild can’t film in the area for 3 years.

Good news is, Bay County agreed to return Joe’s brand new Ferrari, and $60,000 that they confiscated from him last year.
